MODULE 1
Setting the Vision, the Joy of Cooking, and Gathering Curriculum and Equipment

MODULE 2:
Modern Food System” If you don’t understand what’s gone wrong in our food system, you won’t know how to fix it!

MODULE 3:
The Nourished Diet Basics (a ton of education) I’ll cover ALL the nutrition basics of an ancestral-based, Weston A. Price-based diet, from ancient grains, soaking and sprouting, bone broth, fermentation, raw milk, fats, and more! Sourcing: We’ll work together to make sure you have good sources for all of these hard-to-find traditional foods!

MODULE 4:
Nutrition Basics Understand the five foundations of nutrition: digestion, blood sugar, hydration, mineral needs, and fatty acids, so you can ensure all your basic nutritional needs are being met! We’ll cover what a “balanced plate” looks like. We’ll also cover gluten- and dairy-free adaptations and/or how to transition to sourdough and cultured dairy.

MODULE 5:
Prepare your kitchen to be fully stocked with everything you need, from spices, baking supplies, equipment, healthy fats, and more. We’ll weed out the junk together and make sure you’re ready to start cooking food the traditional way!

MODULE 6:
Cooking! Learn to prepare nourishing food! Get excited about sourdough bread, fermented veggies, drinks like kombucha and beet kvass, bone broth-based soups, and a myriad of ways to use raw milk in yogurt, ice cream, pudding, and kefir. The focus will be on how “traditional cultures” and “blue zones” prepare food.

MODULE 7:
We’ll make a personalized plan for your family’s meal prep and meals. The focus will be on balanced, “easy to prepare” meals. We’ll make sure you have a game plan of “quick and easy” meals for days you just don’t feel like cooking!

MODULE 8:
(Pre-Motherhood) For the “pre-mom” or new mom! If you’re a “pre-mom” and don’t yet have kids or would like to prepare for a healthy pregnancy, this is your module! We’ll cover how to get off of birth control using natural fertility awareness for either birth control or pregnancy and the Weston A. Price pregnancy diet.

MODULE 9:
We’ll discuss strategies for picky kids, including what to pack in your kids’ lunchbox, healthy snacks for kids, eliminating and reducing peer pressure, and how to introduce new foods!

MODULE 10:
(Motherhood 1) For new moms, I’ll cover vaccine issues, feeding babies and toddlers, and non-toxic baby and toddler care. Yes, all of that will be covered!

MODULE 11:
(Motherhood 2) For those of you with older kids, I’ll cover peer pressure, picky kids, snacks for kids, kids lunch boxes & preparing teens for college! You will be fully equipped to prepare your kids to face the world of unhealthy options!

Great question! I wanted this to be a great way to start out the FALL SEMESTER on the best possible nutritional footing!

  1. This is a 15-week online course (designed to coincide with your kiddo’s school semester) consisting of 15 weeks of content that will be accessible through the Kajabi course platform.
  2. We’ll begin our coaching calls the last week of August (2023) and continue through the first week of December (2023).
  3. I’ll be conducting weekly group coaching calls where we’ll discuss everything we’ve learned that week and stay accountable to our weekly goals and objectives. These calls are meant to foster a sense of community and camaraderie.
  4. You’ll be encouraged to purchase a list of curriculum books, cookbooks, and, on occasion, watch a recommended film or documentary. These are meant to enrich your learning experience!
  5. I’ll provide a checklist of needed kitchen and cooking equipment—both a “basic” list and a “splurge” list—so it is affordable on whatever income level you’re at.
  6. There will also be a “Slack” chat group (also available on desktop) for more community and “quick question” support. I’ll be available to answer those questions during my M-Th working hours.

Absolutely! This course is ideal for moms of ALL ages and also ladies who want to best prepare for motherhood. In fact, I’ve got a whole module just around fertility, pregnancy, babies and toddlers!

For older women, I’ve got some special wellness tips, herbs and teas specifically to help balance hormones. It could also be a lovely course for a mom and grandma to take together!
